Cone Beam computed tomography (CBCT)

is a special type of external XRay equipment used when regular X-rays are not sufficient for treatment planning and diagnosis or cannot be tolerated intraoraly.

This technology allows our dental or implant surgeons to view images in 3D. Those images are very precise and detailed for visualisation of hard and soft tissues of teeth, jaws, nerves and sinus.

This is perfect tool for planning:
– implants,
– root canal treatment,
– extractions of wisdom teeth,
– TMJ disfunctions,

CBCT is considered to be safe and emits less radiation then a traditional CT scan .

OPG X-ray (Orthopantomogram)
Is a 2D X-ray that shows entire upper and lower jaw in more detail.

This gives us a much better view of a jaw structure.

This X-ray is very useful for planning complex treatment and orthodontic treatment .

We accept referals for OPG and CBCT from the other Clinics!
